Protein-Packed Strawberry Kefir Smoothie Recipe

A delicious protein-packed smoothie made with kefir, strawberries and collagen powder!

Equipment

  • High speed blender (or immersion blender)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic whole milk kefir
  • 1 cup organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender (or large measuring cup if using an immersion blender) and blend until combined, about 30 seconds. Use frozen fruit or a couple of ice cubes for a frothier smoothie.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
